We worked with several different employees over the course of 2 days, all of whom were very knowledgeable and helpful. Before they arrived, we received notifications with their pictures and names so we knew who to expect. Had our new unit installed within 24 hours. Did not feel like we were being pressured. We would work with them again (but hopefully won't need to)! Jim, Nick, Robbie all great to work with.

Harster isn't a little company any more. It was bought out by a big corporation. Too corporate and pushy and try to sell you things you don't need. The only good thing about it now is that the service men are very friendly and do a great job.
