Dr. Walker is a very pleasant man with a warm smile. At the age of 77, he replaced my left knee and early on I could move my knee better than most people. I told him he was a miracle worker. I cannot express how important this operation was to me & I am sorry I waited so long for the replacement. God bless Dr. Walker
My ED visit was accompanied by the worst ED Dr ever. she told me all my labwork was normal when it was not even close. besides seeingly totally disinterested in my problems
I voluntarily signed a 201 psych admission because I thought they could help me after enduring 3 months of sleep deprivation from augmentation of restless leg syndrome which had already been diagnosed by a neurologist and had had IV iron infusions for low brain iron . I was suffering from an intolerable urge to move my legs and was emotionally dysregulated , though I did not feel depressed . Dr Pronesti is one of the most caring providers that I have ever had. She listens and genuinely cares about what I have to say. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of an OB/GYN.
If I could give this no stars I would. Saint Clair ER is a place sick people go to die. I sat deathly sick in a waiting room for 5 1⁄2 hours another hour and 1⁄2 in a exam room and then they sent me home I couldn't walk I had no muscle tone It was the worst experience of my life.
Dr. Bordeau is my hero. He took great care of me quite a few times for kidney stones. He is an excellent doctor who listens and answers all your questions . He has a fantastic personality. I would recommend him to anyone.
This review is specific to the ER. The wait times are excessive with approximately 3 hours to just be triaged. Looking at hours to be seen. There are approximately 25+ people in the waiting room at this time. It does not appear the dept. is equipped to manage the volume of patients. In fairness, one must wonder how many people sitting here could/should be seen in an urgent care for illnesses that do require an ER visit. This hospital is amazing for having children in. Pregnancy and infusion center and labor and delivery are most amazing doctors and nurses and made am amazing experience for me having my two children there. BUT I recently went to the ER because I was having such extreme pain I was fainting and throwing up. I had no clue why or what wrong just that there was this incredible amount of pain that I was passing out from. I love almost all the doctors at St. Clair. However the hospital is atrocius, they put a patient with Covid in with my husband who had heart failure then charged us for him being in the ICU even though he was never in the ICU. The nurses who went over the discharge papers was rude and was arguing with my husband over what the Dr. said. Even better when our insurance called to get a corrected claim due to wrong dates of service the billing department refused to talk to them.
