I'm saddened that one of my friends and her husband drove an hour from their home to come here and get refused service due to the color of their skin. I will not recommend nor visit this establishment.
Drove over an hour to get here for a date night. 2nd to enter upon opening. Waited almost 1.5 hours for our entrees with just an appetizer and many excuses as to why our food wasn’t being made. It was not that busy but I was not served my entree nor was my teary eyed and starving 7 month pregnant wife as we watched about 7 tables of 5 and 6 sized parties (who came well after us) eat 3 courses and then leave while we still sat patiently. Racist staff. Horrible service. We will never visit this establishment after the way they treated our friends.
I’m sadden and disappointed by the way a guest was treated in your establishment. A pregnant guest, no less with green money like all of the other patrons you decided to serve before them - even though they were one of two couples to arrive as your doors opened. manager full of hatred and racism, and encourages employee's to be the same!!! realize the times we live in and get it together, wouldn't want ur establishment and all those employees to be another one on the unemployment line!!! customer service is everything and respect is earned not given, the color of your skin has NO REFLECTION ON THE PERSON U ARE!! worry more about taking orders and serving ur customers cause regardless of their skin color, THEY PAY YOUR PAY CHECKS!!!
racism is alive and well in central florida. at least at Harrys... absolutely sickening. I hope efforts are made to make this right but i seriously doubt it. lost all my respect and business.

My family was treated very disrespectful here. Waiting over a hour and a half watching others come in after and getting their meals and being done. When asked where there meals were they said they ordered them wrong and kept making excuses. They did not order wrong at all. It became clear after awhile that it was a racial issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We are all created equal as we are made from the same loving Father, God. Inexcusable and unexceptable. I would not recommend this place at all.
In a time where we should all be untied, I’m so saddened to write that my husband and I received nothing less than pure racism at this restaurant. I am 7 months pregnant and my husband I and drove over a hour to eat here . The restaurant opens at 4pm and we got there at 3:50 . Besides one other couple we were the first people there .
