I try scheduling an appointment over the phone, and the guy is so quick trying to rush me off the phone, and he tries to refer me to another mechanic shop when I specifically called this shop.
Best Mechanic in the area.. won't charge u if he can't fix the problem... but will charge u if it's fixed.
