I don’t think they should be working on rolls royce here. I keep finding rips and scratches all over my interior that they damaged. Just horrible and they take forever.
I have to question all the bad reviews of this business as I had an exceptional experience! I took my Tesla to Harry's for body work. Emma, the receptionist, was friendly, helpful and most of all...communicative. My car was there for about 2 weeks as I went through Tesla Insurance. Even though I only had to pay my deductible, the cost of the work that was done was reasonable and fair. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
The receptionist is rude and placed me on hold several times. I was never able to schedule my repairs. Poor customer service!
