Went to Harry's on a Saturday night so I expected the service to be slow at times. But it was poor all night long. It's a good thing they include gratuity on the check cause I would have considered leaving no tip. The person next to me at our table ordered a drink. My glass was clearly completely empty and had been for 30 mins and the waitress just walks off and only takes the one drink order. We did have a large group there (about 14) but it took us like an hour maybe an hour and a half till we got to place an order. To top... read more

The service was so-so. I asked the server what she recommended and she said the cheeseburgers were really good, so that was what I got. It looked good, but was overcooked and seemed like had just been a basic frozen party. Nothing spectacular. But the server never came back so I didn't get a chance to send it back (for being overcooked). My husbands crab cake dish was good though. Not sure we would go back.
