It was my birthday yesterday so we went to eat. I was disappointed that 98% was brunch food until two. . And they didn't have much for kids to eat. But I had Salmon omelet. It was good. The mimosa was wonderful. They gave me a wonderful piece of cake that we all enjoyed. Attentiveness of server was lacking.
Poor and very slow service... I asked for limes (never came) , also asked for Corn tortillas for my fish tacos (never came) , the plates arrived in very different time so when I ate waiting for my friends plates mine was cold. So bad experience.

Alejandra, Thank you for your feedback. I want to apologize for the poor service. We always try to add more staff during the fall when it becomes patio weather and are in the process of doing so. We had a relative new server that was on the schedule for the afternoon as well as Monday but just decided to not show up for eitehr day and not call either day too. Food was disgusting and service was the worst. One of the waitress actually started a fight with my daughter after she banged the door in my grandson face and didn't even have the decency to say she was sorry. Worst dinning experience we ever had

Jerry, I want to first and foremost apologize for your situation. I was out of pocket after leaving after brunch yesterday and unfortunately did not get back in as planned. But I heard about your situation first thing this morning and I am truly sorry. This sort of behavior is NOT tolerated at Harry’s. We have removed the server from the schedule until we figure out that her attitude will be what we want displayed to all our great guests.
