I wanted to let you know that I saw your review and went back thru the checks and figured out who your server was as well as the trainee. I have discussed your issues and you are right. They should not be grabbing glasses like that. I have coached them on the proper way to handle guest drinks. I am sorry you feel that way about the kids meals.
