First of all, the man I spoke to had no idea what a "Dual Fuel" oven was. They have been out for over 10 years now. I tried asking him what he works on if he's an appliance repair shop. He responded he only works with gas stoves. I'm not telling the man how to run his business. However, it seemed really odd that when I told him my broiler isn't working and it's electric, he immediately was confused and asked about a starter. I apologized for wasting his time.
