Dr. Harry Siavelis is a phenomenal surgeon. He is professional, kind, listens to you, and speaks to you in plain English not medical terms I will never remember. I went into the hospital on Wednesday and was home on Thursday after having a major surgery for diverticulitis. Of course, not everyone will have the same results but my outcome was excellent. I would highly recommend Dr Siavelis!
My Father was admitted into the hospital very, very ill from an infected/inflamed gallbladder. He is also aged with Stage 3B lung cancer and a malady of miscellaneous ailments. That being said, Dr. Siavelis took the time to understand his situation and, instead of being anxious to cut and move on, came together with hospitalist to determine another course of action for treatment. Ultimately surgery was performed but not until Dr. Siavelis felt it safe to do so. Wonderful bedside manner!
Very respectful and knowledgable doctor. Treated me with respect and listened to my concerns along with answering all my questions. This being my first procedure I have had in my life, he made sure my mind was put at ease and made the process a smooth and 'painless' one. (Figuratively speaking of course!). A class act all the way.
