Dr. Sarles has done many hemmhroid bandings for me and is very good at it. He also treats me for radiation proctitis and has done well with this. He listens and lets me ask questions. His staff is fantastic and is very professional. I highly recommend him. Just wish he was not one hour a way.
Highly recommend Dr. Sarles. From the office consult through the complete procedure, the process was handled very professionally. Dr. Sarles and his entire staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs.
I first met Dr. Sarles in the emergency room at a garland hospital MANY years ago, and was thrilled when I found he had opened an office in Rockwall.Dr. Sarles is the easiest Dr. to talk to, he really LISTENS .He always follows up with your concerns even if they don't seem important to others .A few years ago I became very ill after being given many rounds of an antibiotic(by another Dr.) I firmly believe that if I had not had DR, Sarles to turn to, I would not still be here. He is a truly caring person and an AWSOME Doctor!

Dr Sarles has been my doctor for over 15 years now. He has always been friendly, informative and professional. I have recommended Dr Sarles multiple times. My latest visit was like all mine with Dr Sarles. Fast (on time) and corrected the issue in one visit.
Staff was wonderful ! Dr Sarles was very personable, explained the procedure well, pleasant demeanor . All nurses and assistants were great!

Liked him and the staff a lot! Very friendly, no real waiting time. He is very "real" and has a good sense of humor which helps a lot when you are not feeling so great. He will tell you what he thinks the issues are and will tell you what he thinks the next steps are to help you. Not an alarmist.
Dr. Sarles is very thorough and compassionate. He takes the time to make you feel at ease which is of the utmost importance with the type of conditions he deals with. I believe that he actually saved my life with his quick diagnosis action and plan. I was told by a nurse at the hospital that I went to for the colonoscopy that he was a world renown physician that other doctors consult with and I had no doubt that she was not exaggerating.
