Dr Beckman was easy to talk to at the initial consult, although she never did any hands on exam. At the recommended procedure, she informed my partner that there was no problem and it was all in my head. When asked about follow up care, she said to return in 3 months and left with no attempt at a solution or plan.
I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. Lee because he recommended it. His office staff assured me that they received prior authorization from my insurance and that it would be covered 100%. After the procedure, I received a very large bill. Turns out they were wrong because I was a few months too young. They would not even allow me to make payments. Just sent me to collections. The office staff's comment was 'It happens.' I will not use him again.
I really like Dr. Snowbergers personality & her demeanor. I have worked with many different physicians in my profession & they like to act superior & make you feel like their time is limited. Not Dr Snowberger & I personally feel that she truly cares for her patients. She is very knowledgeable & will explain any questions you may have. I have had two procedures in tha last four years with her and feel I am in very capable hands. So glad to have her for my Doc!
Dr. Miller has excellent knowledge and his compassionate presence gives peace to very difficult situations!
Dr. Nackley quickly determined the cause of my situation and provided treatment which solved the problem quickly. Fortunately I went to the right place.
