Im so impressed with Dr Sarles every time i go to my appointments with him. He gives me 100% of his attention.
Outstanding office staff in all respects. Can’t say enough good about them. Extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Sarles was also outstanding. Listened to me patiently and took what I said to heart and acted on it. Explained, in layman’s terms, so I knew what was happening, and what we were going to do about it. I left the office feeling relieved and confident!
I have been going to Dr Sarles for about 10 yrs. He's the best. He explains everything very well. He is also a very caring person and is concerned about his patients. I would and have recommended him to friends. I totally trust him with my care.
I've been seeing Dr. Sales for 10nyears now. He is always friendly and personable, putting me at ease while expertly explaining my health issues to me. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Dr Sarles is very personable as well as professional when speaking with you. If you do not understand what he tells you, he is very willing to explain more until you do understand. I feel completely at ease during my appointments, able to quiz him on any of my symptoms. 3 colonoscopies, 3 thumbs up!

Dr Sarles is the best gastroenterologist in Texas. He is a compassionate and caring doctor. He has always made the correct diagnosis and provided the best course of action. I would recommend Dr Sarles to anyone with a gastro and endo issue.
He not only saved my life by getting my uc taken care of but handled all my digestive health issues. Some of my issues I have had for over 20 years & thought there was not anything that could be done, Dr Sarles addressed them all now I finally have a normal life when it comes to my digestive health.
