Hair cut and beard trim was great and had some wonderful conversation in the process. Chelsea is basically the Da Vinci of men’s hairstyling.
I walked in looking for a decently priced beard trim and I got all that and more. Gina was phenomenal, all of the staff is friendly and communicative. I mentioned I'd had a bad experience with a barber shop prior and she took the time throughout the trim to make sure I was happy with what she was doing, on top of taking thorough notes which seems to be the standard practice. She really went above and beyond my expectations and I think I've found my new spot.
Chelsea gave me the first good haircut I've had in Knoxville and I've lived here just over a year. All the ladies are very friendly and I will be back!!
