Harry Robinson Pontiac was established in 1984. During 1986 Mr. Robinson acquired the Buick franchise. Upon acquiring the Buick franchise, General Motors requested he build a new facility. Mr. Robinson broke ground at 6000 South 36th Street on June 3, 1987, and moved in on October 15, 1987. In 2009 Mr. Robinson added the GMC franchise establishing Harry Robinson Buick GMC. I went in back in March to get my first vehicle and told the salesperson I needed something that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg to tag because I have a small child and cannot afford it.
