I purchased a 2017 Chevy Traverse in March of 2017. The myChevrolet.com suggested scheduled maintenance for the transmission fluid to be flushed is 97,500. Monday, I was in there with an odometer of 98,112 and was informed I need a new transmission for an estimated cost of $5,015. I am disappointed and frustrated with the dealership for not showing more concern or taking any responsibility for a failing transmission.
