Harry Robinson Pontiac was established in 1984. During 1986 Mr. Robinson acquired the Buick franchise. Upon acquiring the Buick franchise, General Motors requested he build a new facility. Mr. Robinson broke ground at 6000 South 36th Street on June 3, 1987, and moved in on October 15, 1987. In 2009 Mr. Robinson added the GMC franchise establishing Harry Robinson Buick GMC. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Traverse in March of 2017. The myChevrolet.com suggested scheduled maintenance for the transmission fluid to be flushed is 97,500. Monday, I was in there with an odometer of 98,112 and was informed I need a new transmission for an estimated cost of $5,015. I am disappointed and frustrated with the dealership for not showing more concern or taking any responsibility for a failing transmission.
Bought my 2019 Dodge Charger from them and they’ve worked w me every step of the way! Harrison is the best
