Harry Robinson Pontiac was established in 1984. During 1986 Mr. Robinson acquired the Buick franchise. Upon acquiring the Buick franchise, General Motors requested he build a new facility. Mr. Robinson broke ground at 6000 South 36th Street on June 3, 1987, and moved in on October 15, 1987. In 2009 Mr. Robinson added the GMC franchise establishing Harry Robinson Buick GMC. Let me start by saying I have had some pretty negative experiences with car salesmen in the past. Always pushing vehicles on you and trying to force you to commit to buying instantly. This experience was much different from my previous experiences. Brent Durham was an absolutely OUTSTANDING salesman. He wasn’t pushy and even gave me honest opinions of various trucks I was looking at. We went inside sat down and got the deal done. No back and forth nonsense.
