Harry Robinson Pontiac was established in 1984. During 1986 Mr. Robinson acquired the Buick franchise. Upon acquiring the Buick franchise, General Motors requested he build a new facility. Mr. Robinson broke ground at 6000 South 36th Street on June 3, 1987, and moved in on October 15, 1987. In 2009 Mr. Robinson added the GMC franchise establishing Harry Robinson Buick GMC. They have lied to me and my husband. And now they’re refusing to VOID my contract. and YES I have talked to the credit union. And it’s the dealership responsibility to void the contract. And I’m not paying for something I DO NOT HAVE. Because they have had the car since December 22,2023
My wife has purchased a number of Buicks from them and their after market customer service is phenomenal.

We have purchased vehicles from Harry Robinson Buick GMC- the sales process was so easy and we got a great deal. We have been using the service department for about 10 years- Amanda, Randy, and Cameron are always honest and attentive to our vehicles. Unfortunately we have had to use the body shop on numerous occasions and our vehicles always come out looking better than new! Grateful to have a locally owned, family business- that puts the money I spend there back into our community through various non-profit organizations !
I just have to say that this is the best place in the regional to buy cars from. I have now bought 7 vehicles from the folks at Harry Robinson as well as using there service dept. and the body shop. They have always have been kind, courteous an up front with me about everything. Even when they had to give me bad news they did it with detail and options on how to fix my problem. I have delt with several dealerships and this is going to be my first choice from now on!

I have bought several vehicles from HR. Each and every time the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and I always refer friends and family to HR. Anytime I've had an issue, recall, or last minute oil change they've went above and beyond.
