In 1956, Harry Ritchie opened his first store in downtown Eugene, Oregon with the goal of making fine jewelry available to anyone who wanted it. He strived to have every guest leave the store with a smile on their face. Nearly 65 years and three generations later, we operate under those same principles. I took a wedding ring set into the store at our local mall to have them soldered together. The jeweler noticed that three out of five prongs holding the diamond were sheared off! To save me money, very nice, they replaced the diamond basket instead of repairing the original one. The ring was barely recognizable when I got it back it was so beautiful!!
