Loved the rings we found, too bad the cleanings are a nightmare. After the rings were cleaned, I asked about it being put in the system. Female said she would. I left and came right back knowing she had no idea how to spell my name. As I could tell she was put off, she took my name and appeared to be adding the cleaning in the system. Worst service in Redding! Had my ring for 2 months just to tell me (after I called) to say they couldn't do it because 1 1/2 sizes smaller will ruin the ring. I have been a customer since 1996 and today Karat Patch has gained my business, not only will it be sized this week it will be done $40 cheaper and with customer service like it should be! Donna is going to run your little store into the ground!Â
