I am so pleased I found this gem of a place after 8 yrs of living here. The owner-woman, is amazing!! She appraised my items higher than any other place in town and threw in a little extra because it was an emotional day for me to be selling family jewelry. I will always go back and cannot wait to pick up my new ring. So caring and just down to earth. She knows customer service and just an all around friendliness.
A friend recommended Four Winds Jewelry to me to have my ring fixed after the diamond fell out. She was cheaper than all other local estimates by over $100 and they did a beautiful job. Both times I was in the store it had a line to the door, and now I see why. Her estimated time to have the work completed was 4 days, and 4 days from dropping my ring off they called me to let me know it was ready. I was very impressed and we will be returning to them in the future.
