I am completely disgusted by our experience with Heidi Wentz. We used her to purchase our home a few years ago and then chose to work with her recently to sell it. I have contacted her multiple times to try and discuss our concerns and she never responds. She took the commission on the purchase of our new home (which I'm not even sure she should have legally earned) and ran. Would appreciate if someone from management in the office would contact me.
Gabriela Panzera is the best! She is always available and always trying to help. She was instrumental in my process of buying a house, and I will always recommend her to my friends!

Jessica at Harry Norman was absolutely pivotal in the process of buying our home sight unseen. She handled showings with our local family members, was honest in her evaluations and feedback of each of the houses and their potential, and then navigated some negotiations during our option period to get some necessary repairs done.
