I hired Sheri Hardy under an exclusive listing agreement based on her ratings. I found the buyers myself. After that I asked her to step back or document the work she said she had already done. I put that request in writing on August 19 and repeated it multiple times. No itemized work list was ever provided. She first asked for 2%, then 1% after I pressed for documentation.
