If I could give them a zero, I would. Karen has a nasty attitude and is highly unprofessional. The company itself seems very dishonest. We're currently in a dispute over money that should have been returned when a cheaper insurance company (GEICO) took over our homeowners policy. This should have been resolved months ago. Had an awesome rep there working for me who no longer works there. Tried to get policies re quoted but associate had terrible customer service & gave me erroneous info so I'll be centralizing my 9 policies & moving to another agent.
