When I went in to get measured for my orthotics, they told me the orthotics would be ready in two weeks. Two months went by, and despite checking in multiple times, I was still waiting (never mind that I was in pain). After three months, they called to say my orthotics were done. I told them I had found another option in the meantime - because at that point, why wouldn't I? They then informed me that because I signed a piece of paper, I still had to pay the amount. I’m updating the review because the management team reached out and helped my daughter receive her SMOs. She was initially experiencing delays despite me reaching out multiple times. I was very frustrated with the lack of communication, but the management team was very helpful and worked on a Black Friday to give her the SMOs.
Dave is super chill good Guy got me in on a moments notice when my Rusty is broke and I was not even a patient of his and don’t lose Philadelphia. highly recommend
