This company used to be amazing, but in the last five years the claims and billing department are completely irresponsible, unresponsive, inconsistent, they give you inaccurate information even on recorded lines and it unfortunately adversely affects the patients. What is sad is that they have excellent medical staff! If you rely on shorts like most of us you do not want to use Harry J. Lawall & Sons, INC.!

I spent the last couple of weeks trying to find the right words to express my gratitude and joy for this company. It turns out that words aren't adequate. They have exceeded any and all expectations I had concerning my future after experiencing a below the knee amputation. I have to give a special shout out to David Lawall who stayed in touch, checked up on, visited with and encouraged me during the run up to and receiving of my prosthetic. When I went in to get measured for my orthotics, they told me the orthotics would be ready in two weeks. Two months went by, and despite checking in multiple times, I was still waiting (never mind that I was in pain). After three months, they called to say my orthotics were done. I told them I had found another option in the meantime - because at that point, why wouldn't I? They then informed me that because I signed a piece of paper, I still had to pay the amount. I’m updating the review because the management team reached out and helped my daughter receive her SMOs. She was initially experiencing delays despite me reaching out multiple times. I was very frustrated with the lack of communication, but the management team was very helpful and worked on a Black Friday to give her the SMOs.
