I will be recommending harry j lawall to anyone in need of orthotic braces. The front desk is very pleasant and efficient, as well as very helpful and knowledgable with getting my insurance to completely cover my needs here. Everyone who worked here that i interacted with was pleasant (if not charismatic) and professional. This company used to be amazing, but in the last five years the claims and billing department are completely irresponsible, unresponsive, inconsistent, they give you inaccurate information even on recorded lines and it unfortunately adversely affects the patients. What is sad is that they have excellent medical staff! If you rely on shorts like most of us you do not want to use Harry J. Lawall & Sons, INC.!
I spent the last couple of weeks trying to find the right words to express my gratitude and joy for this company. It turns out that words aren't adequate. They have exceeded any and all expectations I had concerning my future after experiencing a below the knee amputation. When I went in to get measured for my orthotics, they told me the orthotics would be ready in two weeks. Two months went by, and despite checking in multiple times, I was still waiting (never mind that I was in pain). After three months, they called to say my orthotics were done. I told them I had found another option in the meantime - because at that point, why wouldn't I? They then informed me that because I signed a piece of paper, I still had to pay the amount.
