Had two root canal/crowns done there (separate times) lost both teeth within two weeks of the procedures, very unprofessional and very poor work quality, he probably shouldn’t be a dentist anymore if all his work is like mine.

His chair side manor may not be the best but, he's quick and efficient. Always numbs me up very well for no pain what so ever, dives in and accomplishes the procedures swiftly and accurately. No frills, no lollypop, just a hard working son of a gun.

I saw Dr. Hart for years along with all my other siblings and my mother looked passed his rude comments and inappropriate jokes towards the nurses. But 3 years later I went to a new dr. And had to have ALL the work done again and the new dr named dr.hart immediately when she saw the work! My caps fell off my fillings had to be redone (*the ones that stayed on) worst dentist bar none!

Unprofessional and rude. Not a dentist I would recommend. Was recommended by insurance company and let them know my experience was horrific. Made a complaint.

This the worst dentist in Desert Hot Springs. He is heavy handed rough and rude.The front desk staff is just as rude as Dr. Hart ? THIS IS THE WORST PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The staff is rude and heartless. But it's no wonder that the Dentist Hart (aka) Butcher, has the same rude and heartless attitude. The boss is the example of the team, How he acts is what he permits at his place of business. Change starts at the top. I went to his office today to ask for more pain medication because he had ripped my tooth out my mouth. Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
