I went to them with a pretty worn key from an ancient "project" vehicle I'm restoring. I'd previously been to two big-box stores, who had no idea how to get a blank, let alone cut a key for a vehicle that old. The lady at The Keyman rummaged around a bit in a drawer (I guess in the old car key drawer), found two blanks, and cut two keys that worked fine.
