Nice atmosphere and convenient walking distance from our hotel. However, our waiter Michael was less than friendly. He never greeted us or introduced himself. He seemed/ acted annoyed when we were indecisive regarding dessert selection. When we finally did decide, he just took menus and walked away without saying a word. HOLY COW!! The food was amazing, the service was exemplary and the overall atmosphere was awesome!! Definitely a place to enjoy while in Chicago. My first visit to the city, I will be back soon!!
Carlos is the best waiter on the entire planet. Super attentive and he knows the menu like the back of his hand. I came here with my sister for our birthdays and they made it so special for us. They have us each a free piece of pie. Just a heads up, the sides are enough to fill 2-3 people up. The steaks are prepared perfectly; I got a filet mignonette butterflied. The wine menu is to die for; they have a ton of older vintage bottles that are perfect. GO HERE!! Ask for Carlos!

Food and service was outstanding. Wendy was our server and she did an amazing job of explaining the different cuts of meat, how they were aged and how they would be prepared. She recommended the veal for my wife and did not disappoint. The Calimari was the best I ever had!!!
