I had a dreaded colonoscopy. Dr Bray and his team were awesome. Everything was explained to me. The procedure went smoothly. Little wait time. Dr Brays assessment letter was sent to my chart within 2 days. Can’t say enough good thing about Dr Bray and his team.
I wish my prognosis was better but I really liked Dr. Bray. Much better than the doctor I got for the last colonoscopy. He was upbeat, caring and obviously tops in his profession. He explained things clearly and wasn't in a rush to get to the next patient. I sure hope I get him when I come back in one year. Oh, the anesthesiologist was a blast too!
I have been a patient of Dr.Bray for a number of years now, and I couldn't be happier. We have great rapport, he is a great listener, and he is clear about what he thinks is best for me.
The staff are helpful & kind & thorough, asking alot of health questions. Prior to the appt hard to reach some one in person. Also need more clarification between check in and actual appt time, as they ask the patient to arrive 1 hrs early. I arrived 2 hrs early & people in the waiting area did the same thing. The employees of Oregon Clinic are just awesome! From the time I started my path to my Colonoscope date, it was nothing but great! Great communication by the staff all the way through the procedure. Keep up the great work!
The staff and the doctor were all very friendly and helpful making an otherwise strange day no so bad.
The care I have received was top notch! The staff and the process was easy, comfortable and I felt like I was in good hands. The procedure was well explained.
Everything excellent except for getting through to schedule exam . They need more support staff ( Schedulers )
