A rock hit my windshield on my way to work. I called Harrs in the morning and they got me in that afternoon. They fixed it in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.
we had our windshield replaced with OEM glass cause we didn't want to have any issues later on down the road. windshield has been fixed once since it's been replaced cause of leaking and we now have an inch of standing water in the floor mat. There is headliner damage and possibly future electrical with all the water we have taken in. Unacceptable repair... Very dissatisfied and will not recommend to anyone.
Negative experience. Waited 4 days for a windshield replacement. They kept receiving defective windshields. Lack of communication with customer and no attempts to make the situation right. Spoke to owner, Todd. He stated that's he's been doing this for a long time and that he was going to cancel our installation because they haven't been able to make it right. This company is reliable and does very good work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Harr's Auto Glass. My experience was nothing short of pleasant and inexpensive with quality work.
