They do not assist you with help when you need it when you are in distress or danger they do not care about your health they do not care about your living situation and they do not help you! Their solution to a problem is to stick you in a place that's even worse than what you already have and they do not move you when you ask to be moved when you have a reasonable accommodation. The Receptionist named Jessica was rude. All she did was sit behind the desk and do nothing. She would not help me with my paperwork. I need to fill out.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Be very careful, their inspector is a very shady person. I was charged for damages that were done to the property from the previous tenant even though I had called and made a complaint upon moving in about the damages. I was charged $300 for cleaning fees even though I left the unit in perfect condition. Don’t waste your time this place doesn’t help anyone there are so many homeless people in Harrisonburg. they like to keep you down they will never help you !
