evidently they have gotten to busy for long time patients and don't care anymore. I've been there for years. The docs are fabulous but when I tried to schedule a yearly appt I was put off 6 MONTHS!! Yes you read that correctly! I've been through a lot with them and the secretaries/nurses tell me to keep calling back for a cancelation. Why don't you stop taking new patients and take care of your old ones first
The staff is easy to work with. I have had good communication with them at this point. Good advice when needed
Danielle Wells has always been a pleasure and was the only positive thing about my last visit at Harrisonburg OB/GYN. At my last visit the nurse neglected to remember to call in my birth control prescription. I have called the office twice about this and left messages with the front desk. My prescription has still not been called in and I have been without it for WEEKS without so much as a phone call back.
