This is a trash place to go! I would never recommend people to come here! They are rude and never answer the phone! I just got a new doctor at Sentra way better!
I have been a patient for many years. Nothing has changed as far as front office customer service. The phones are never on at 8 am when they are supposed to be open. Just an announcement they are not open until 8 am, when it is 8:05. This is the norm not the exception. This morning for example I kept pushing the redial button until 8:07 and finally someone picked up, not a word was said and I was placed on hold immediately. He is an exceptional physician—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Syptak takes the time to listen carefully and explain everything in clear, understandable terms. I was assigned Nio from Sentara over a year ago and have never heard a word from the Dr. or staff, ever.
The front desk is utterly rude. I feel like i ma talking to a prison guard when I talk to them. A prison guard may even treat you better...
