My daughter was experiencing severe abdominal pain, and vomiting that the ER was ignoring. I called to make an appointment, and the lady on the phone demanded a payment for a bill that we owed. When I responded with irritation, she hung up, and had my family of 3 discharged. Urgent care found a rare bacteria, roatella planticola. There were only 6 cases in the US the year before. If you care about your family, take them somewhere else. The doctors are amazing, but their staff is trash.
I am so impressed with how quick and efficient this office is especially Dr K. Iudica. Got my physical, vaccine, discussed medications and had blood work drawn all in total of 40 minutes. Very friendly staff!
This is a trash place to go! I would never recommend people to come here! They are rude and never answer the phone! I just got a new doctor at Sentra way better!
I have been a patient for many years. Nothing has changed as far as front office customer service. The phones are never on at 8 am when they are supposed to be open. Just an announcement they are not open until 8 am, when it is 8:05. This is the norm not the exception. This morning for example I kept pushing the redial button until 8:07 and finally someone picked up, not a word was said and I was placed on hold immediately. He is an exceptional physician—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Syptak takes the time to listen carefully and explain everything in clear, understandable terms.
