Lady who I was transferred too was speaking so close to the phone it was muffled had a nasty attitude said MHM and hung up with out a goodbye! How hard is it to answer a couple of questions and to get nasty on the phone is beyond me. Do better and get your employees together. Very unprofessional.

They won't wait one day for someone to get paid..instead they turn a single mother of 6 children's light off and then refuse to turn them back on..this really infuriates me that companes treat people like this.
