PLEASE fix your electric car chargers. They cut one off. And one of them doesn’t work most of the time. Pleaseeeee just fix them I have been asking for a year already
Increased my kWh rate from $.01528 to $.03956 (more than double!!!) Was of no help when I called. Thank God i'm moving away these people are awful.

Our bills are always very reasonable and the few times we’ve called them for assistance they’ve been prompt and helpful. So thankful to have HEC in our community, and the free EV charging in the parking lot is icing on the cake. To the negative reviewers I’d recommend auto withdrawal from your bank account. One less thing to stress over.
