Google review EDIT: this shop was bought by Steven Toyota & under new management, not the same as who did the initial “repairs” below. The new manager, Brian, addressed my concerns quickly once he received all the necessary information. He remedied the situation to my satisfaction & was able to change most of my opinion of this shop. (Some of their lower staff would benefit in taking a customer service course) However, Brian was extremely reasonable and respectful to work with. Google review Our vehicle was hit in January, this repair shop was contracted with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, State Farm. They haphazardly “repaired” the vehicle with replacement of the passenger side strut & shims placed to force the bolt to attach to the subframe when more should have been replaced. After a 2nd time taking it back to this shop with concerns of a popping noise & feeling it while riding in the front passenger side, Joe, the owner of the body shop “assured” us of the repair done correctly. Steven Collison Center did an outstanding job on my car. Their staff was very pleasant and great to work with. I would definitely recommend if you need a repair or anything give them a call.
Harrisonburg Collision Center replaced the front bumper on my 2019 BMW. They did a great job and it was a timely replacement!!!
