If you enjoy paying rent for the thrill of wondering whether water will be available today, this is the building for you. Hot water is apparently a luxury item here, and running water in general seems to be optional. Extended periods without hot water, followed by the water being shut off completely, with little to no warning. Management treats basic utilities like a fun surprise rather than a requirement of habitability. Calling this “luxury living” would be comedy. One star only because zero isn’t an option.
Move here if you enjoy having no hot water during the winter. Also, if you like having your water completely shut off for multiple days per month, then this is the perfect place for you!
I was once very satisfied living in this building, but over time the quality of management has declined significantly. Under the leadership of the “Director of Operations,” Rosa Castillo, there has been a consistent pattern of negligence and failure to address critical building issues. 1/16/2026: Well it happened again no hot water in building. Whatever maintenance was done lasted 8 days since last post. Great job guys barely lasted more than a week with no maintenance I’m seeing progress. Seriously whatever so called maintenance is being done is not being thoroughly reviewed. Apartment with NO Hot Water Since November 2025, this building has had consistently inadequate hot water for nearly THREE months. As of tonight, January 16, 2026, there is still no proper hot water in the apartment. The water temperature is only around 80°F—far too cold for a comfortable shower.
