DO NOT RECOMMEND. This apartment has SERIOUS MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION FAILURES that made daily living extremely stressful. NO NOTICE CONSTRUCTION (MAY–SEPTEMBER) Major construction lasted MONTHS WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. The MAIN LOBBY AND ENTRANCE WERE CLOSED, freight access unavailable, and residents were forced to detour daily, unable to use a lot of resources. Despite the disruption, AMENITY FEES WERE STILL CHARGED AND NEVER REFUNDED. FREQUENT WATER OUTAGES & NO HOT WATER (EVEN IN WINTER) Water shutdowns happened repeate... read more

In response to managements comment 12/15/2025: For clarity and transparency, I want to correct several statements so future residents have an accurate understanding. As stated in the lease, URBY and The Harrison Collection operate under a joint management structure, which is why residents are permitted to transfer between URBY and other Harrison Collection properties. If you’re considering living here, think twice. The mold problems in this building are constant, and we’re not the only ones who dealt with it. And of course, this is the same management team as the 3... read more

Moved in here 3 months ago. There are water issues once every month. It doesn't matter if you give me early notice. Who does water related maintenance 2 times so soon. It just shows inefficiency in the building management to get it done properly in one go. Edit: they fixed the issue, i am sure the management was quite frustrated. but whatever it is, i think they need to hire more people so existing management doesnt feel frustrated.

Please save yourself and stay away from this building! I’ve been living here for about 8 months and my experience has been extremely frustrating. There is a continuous construction going on in the building that lasts multi months affecting basic common areas like the entrance . There has been no acknowledgement of construction going on next to Element Hotel by the management team and it gets really loud on weekdays making it impossible to work from home. The management team has been consistently unresponsive, and getting any... read more
