We spent 3 years in 300 Somerset, moved from 1b1b to 2b1b, the overall living experience is amazing! Maintenance staff are efficient. Concierge are helpful and taking care of packages very well.
If you're considering renting an apartment here, it's best to avoid units near the hotel due to the noise. Living in this area can be quite challenging because there is a bar and restaurant that create a lot of noise and play music every night.
