The management is really cheap on money here. Unlike other apartments in city they decided not to refund any of amenities fees during Corona lockdown when all amenities were closed. The lease breakage terms are a scam here. They will charge you unrealistic amount for lease breakage. During the time of pandemic when people were loosing jobs, these people were inhumanly sucking out money from them to break the lease. There is no security at the entrance of the building. Some of the doors are always open. Staff is rude when you... read more

I am a current resident here! Thank god my lease is going to be over by April! I don’t recommend living here at all! The apartments aren’t great! You can hear your neighbors, there’s more cons than pros for these apartments! The pro is that it’s pet friendly, and the cons are that there’s always people who don’t live around the area parking in residents parking area, there’s dog poop everywhere, the place is dirty, the people and management suck they don’t help you with anything, but charge you for any little thing. They tel... read more

This place is a nightmare. Just don’t move here for anything. They overcharge. Management sucks. They lose paperwork with social security numbers on it. The concierge are just there to get ur packages cause they charge for everything else and just stare at u when u forget ur keys to get into the lobby. This place is such a joke!!!
