Novi is a gem - the neighborhood, sense of community and helpful staff are just a few highlights. You cannot beat the location next to the water - walkable to concerts at climate pledge and the Olympic sculpture park. I love it here and can’t recommend here enough!

I lived at NOVI for 3 years, and saw the transition from the previous management company to the current one, Greystar. The current staff at NOVI is great, always helpful and accommodating. Wes, from the leasing office, has been a great help, and I especially appreciate his clarity when he communicates. The maintenance team, and Taurus in particular, are always responsive, and have fixed a number of things in our unit.
