I just had a delightful viewing of the renovated studio apartments at the Novi. Wes greeted me and also showed me around the building while answering all of my questions with great care and attention to detail. The building is beautifully designed and decorated, it’s well ventilated and it has a gym and a parking garage I’m looking forward to moving into the Novi soon!
The most iconic performance from Wes Torres, pretty sure he is the manager of the apartment. I have been a part of the community for almost two years and Wes consistently handles complex and long term projects. Not only is Wes able to plan, execute, and manage projects that affect the entire complex on his own, but also keeps Novi friendly as he is the shining star of the space. Really enjoyed living here for 2 yrs, maintenance was great and value rent deals. Big shoutout for Wes for always being super helpful to answer and help with everything!
Novi is a gem - the neighborhood, sense of community and helpful staff are just a few highlights. You cannot beat the location next to the water - walkable to concerts at climate pledge and the Olympic sculpture park. I love it here and can’t recommend here enough!
