Everything for my mother was beautiful
They did a wonderful job on my mother and Jackie was a big help everything was explained clearly and there were no unexpected problems/moments with planning my mothers service
This mortuary has a nice atmosphere and in some ways it does seem inviting and that they are here to serve you. I had a situation where I had to ask to work with another funeral planner because she didn't really treat me right as she should have, making remarks about me behind my back. So I started to work with someone else. Then when it was time to send my loved ones death certificates, they allowed the lady that I requested not to work with anymore to send the certificates to me, well needless to say she intentionally fold... read more
