Do not move here! Management is terrible, maintenance don’t come and fix your things and people steal your mail .
Do NOT do it! The run-around alone is enough to make a person crazy. I'm still dealing with these people a year later after move out! ridiculous!!
RecommendedMetro Lofts is an amiable place to live. It's just not a home but a community of neighbors who watch out for each other and help each other out when needed. The management is excellent and so is the maintenance staff. It's a friendly environment and one of the more affordable properties downtown. You can literally walk out of the building and the farmer's market is right there and you don't have to worry about parking. I highly recommend Metro Lofts. Take a tour and meet some of the residents.
RecommendedThe management is fantastic, they were understanding and very helpful during a difficult move. There are fun competitions and get togethers for the community. I was also very happy to find that they are a dog friendly apartment!

RecommendedVine Street lofts is a wonderful place to live management is great and the maintenance team is wonderful. we are right, next to the Des Moines River , also right next to Court avenue lots of dining and a beautiful view of the river Diana is the manager and she ate has been doing a wonderful job,

RecommendedI live at Metro Lofts for 3yrs . Amy Flugge Smith is our manager. Amy does a wonderful job . Amy's assistant also does a great job Trent . The place is so clean & maintained . This a happy place , My dog has to visit Amy every day !!!! She always give him treats . I love my home !!!!
