This company is the worst company ever . They have an ex hair stylist as the president. They will give certifications to anyone . They never follow up on things you report . No one is ever in the office always working remote and never available to take calls or answer emails . We had an hoa meeting scheduled and waited 30 minutes in temperatures in the 30’s for someone to show up and open the door .
The biggest "slumlords" on the Peninsula. They do not take care of the rental properties , offer affordable prices on the first year lease, then increase it so much, you can not afford to save to move so you keep on paying and living in these sub standard, ghetto apartments. I am sure they contribute generously to the homeless population.
These people are bottom feeders. They'll tow your car off of YOUR PERSONAL property with no warning whatsoever!
Harrison and Lear has one of the worse association management companies on the peninsula. If you come across their website claiming to.." strive daily to preserve and enhance the value of each Community Association's property"... WARNING LOOK ELSEWHERE!. I live in a community where owners have to call over and over ( but most likely will get the runaround) in order to get basic landscaping and upkeep done.
