This company is the worst company ever . They have an ex hair stylist as the president. They will give certifications to anyone . They never follow up on things you report . No one is ever in the office always working remote and never available to take calls or answer emails . We had an hoa meeting scheduled and waited 30 minutes in temperatures in the 30’s for someone to show up and open the door .

The biggest "slumlords" on the Peninsula. They do not take care of the rental properties , offer affordable prices on the first year lease, then increase it so much, you can not afford to save to move so you keep on paying and living in these sub standard, ghetto apartments. I am sure they contribute generously to the homeless population.

Harrison and Lear has one of the worse association management companies on the peninsula. If you come across their website claiming to.." strive daily to preserve and enhance the value of each Community Association's property"... WARNING LOOK ELSEWHERE!. I live in a community where owners have to call over and over ( but most likely will get the runaround) in order to get basic landscaping and upkeep done. Easy on the Wallet, good location – I've lived at this property for just over a year. Good location, affordable rent and decent people. The application process was easy and very fast. I have no plans on going anywhere!!!!

Good Company / People My wife and I have lived at a Harrison & Lear property for 3.5 years now. We have no complaints or concerns, they are responsive, take care of maintenance and provide good customer service.

Great Company and Caring People – Have lived at a Harrison & Lear property for several years now and feel they have outstanding service, people and maintenance. Maintenance response normally is the same day or next. Can not beat that!!! They clean up after themselves and leave a note that they were in! Mike use to manage the property where i live (in hampton) he is outstanding, very professional and returned his calls.

Terrible company don't rent from them – Do not rent from Harrison- Lear! My husband and I were told, by a bank (not by harrison lear) that the house we were renting is foreclosed and is going up for auction. This was 2 weeks before the auction date. We called Harrison- Lear, specifically Mike (who is never in the office, or just doesn't ever take calls), instead we had to talk to Reena (who is nothing but a bitch and doesn't give two s*** about anything but herself).
