RecommendedBoth my Kids (Young Adults) happily live at this complex. The area is really nice and I have enjoyed visiting there. I am impressed by the grounds and amenities. The apartments have roomy floorplans and are clean. Very Nice little community of its own!
Just signed my lease today. I am impressed with the condition of the unit, the professionalism of the staff, and the attentiveness of all the staff. I can see why Broadmoor properties get high reviews!
Everything about my Harrison Hills experience was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to requests and keeps up the grounds very well. The streets around the complex are often cleared of snow and ice before main roads are. I had almost no issues with anything in my apartment, which is spacious and clean. The workout room is large, has plenty of equipment, and is kept clean and up to date. I have almost nothing to complain about this complex and would recommend it to anyone.

Harrison hills apartments are by a mile the best apartments to live in Omaha. They have the best staff, always prompt and very willing to be of assistance. Their maintenance staff stands out with the wonderful job they do, the immaculate care they provide to the green space as well as the pool and all the amenities, and how quickly they solved our maintenance needs. Can't say enough good things about this place! They were amazing. I always felt safe, respected and cared for at Harrison Hills. The maintenance was always super speedy, everything is beautifully maintained and the employees and office ladies are just THE BEST. They even found me my next Broadmoor when I needed to move across town! A truly AWESOME experience through and through.
I’ve lived in two Broadmoor complexes now and absolutely love them. Harrison Hills and Aksarben. The maintenance staff is the absolute best I’ve ever encountered in an apartment complex. The management is top notch, professional and the most friendly helpful people you will ever rent from.
my girlfriend and i just recently moved here we love it! Office staff is friendly the community is very well maintained and they are quick to respond to any concerns that you may have or need fixed !
