At Harrison Ford in Wellington, they changed my oil two weeks ago and forgot to put the oil cap back on. After I addressed the issue with them they didn't argue or deflect blame, they simply apologized, took my car and did another oil change and replaced the oil cap they broke when the closed my hood on the last one. This is customer service, this is how you build a strong business. Integrity is everything.
They have a great team. I ordered an after market roof rack and they got it in silver instead of black. It is the little things. Thank you team Harrison !
Purchased a vehicle and paid to have them deliver it. Car was absolutely filthy when it arrived and the gas tank was half empty. I have NEVER purchased a car a not have it come with a full tank of gas.

Unfortunately the harsh winter roads were a factor we had no control over during the nearly two hour drive it took to get to your location. I recently took my car to Harrison Ford for service. When I got it home I had a issue with the service. I took my concerns to the service manager and he told me he wanted to make it right. Little did I know the very next day I would take him up on his offer as I ran over something on the turnpike. A tire was bad so it needed to be replaced.
