RecommendedWe have been customers of Harrison Ford for 25 years and Shelvy Ash as our sales person for all those years! She does a great job of finding the exact car we want, including color and trim level. We do our research beforehand and have found that Harrison offers a fair price and also superior after the sale service. They have always taken care of us! A good example is time the service manager drove all the way to our home, to bring us a new set of keys, when we locked ourselves out of a Harrison Ford loaner car.

oil change takes 2 plus hours when quoted 30-45 minutes. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

Brett and Michael in the service department went above and beyond for me today. My circumstances prohibited Wellington actually performing the repair that is necessary but they have provided me with all the information I need to get the vehicle back in proper shape as soon as I get back to TX.
