Grateful for immediate need service ~ responded to my contact at 4:30 a.m. and service person at our house by 8:15 a.m. Professional, careful, thorough, knowledgeable, extremely pleasant technician, Chris, provided our service!
Chris was nice, understood the problem. First thing he asked did the bulb need to be replaced!! Sure enough the light bulb I put in was bad, replaced bulb and I had light (he did not laugh at me)!! However, placed switch to bulb (old). I would recommend this company, on time and cared about their customers.
There was a minor problem but they responded right away.
NO comments.
We hired Harrison Electric for a slew of simple to complex projects. Our technician was competent and professional, recommending solutions for hazards as well as identifying "violations" we should be aware of. Will hire them again for the remainder of our projects!
