They don’t treat customers like customers. We received this letter because we used to do business with them. I don’t see how these stipulations are practical considering the nature of work is contingent upon the weather! I bet they’ll love it when it rains and pour crews have no choice but to cancel! This company is ridiculous!
GOT A QUOTE OF $118.00 FROM CSR, PAM WHO SAID IF I PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM BEFORE APRIL 1 i'D GET THAT PRICE. I CALLED OFFICE FOR THEM TO PUT IN SYSTEM, BUT WHEN THE TRUCKS ARRIVED WITH THE CONCRETE THE TICKETS SAID $124.00 PER YARD. I CALLED TO ASK WHY, THEY SAID PRICE INCREASE. ALSO HAD DRIVER CALL FOR THE LAST TRUCK TO FINISH, WAITED AN HOUR & NO TRUCK . CALLED TO ASK WHERE TRUCK WAS SAID THEY DID'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT, VERY UNHAPPY & VERY DISAPPOINTED. Very baad company. Their trucks were going up and down the road i live on dropping huge chunks of tar and tac and i ran over some and took to body shop to get 2 estimates. And they refuse to pay for it. Saying its a road hazard. This company is bullshit. I will never use them and ive shared my expierence on facebook to all my friends and ptevious employers.
