Going to Harrisburg Chiropractic once a month on my maintenance plan keeps me feeling great. Dr. Segarra is a top notch Chiropractor! We moved from MN a year ago and I was very hesitant about trying a new doctor. I started working from home when we moved and starting having major headaches and tension through the neck! He not only adjusted me but gave me some exercises to do to try and help reduce the stress. Tammy who also works in the office is also so friendly and always has a smile on her face! Thanks for always making me feel better by the time I leave!
I have struggled with headaches/migraines my whole life and bad back/neck pain with my four pregnancies. After one week seeing Dr. Segarra I can already see a noticeable difference in my pain, and am able to pick up my toddler without any pain. I have been a patient for the last couple years. Dr. Segarra has helped with my lower back pain and currently with knee discomfort walking and exercising. Feeling so much better!! He has given me exercises to do at home to maintain these results, listens to my concerns and he's close by in Harrisburg. Very pleased and would definitely recommend him to others.
