From start to finish, buying my used vehicle from Harris Volvo was the easiest experience I've encountered in all my years of purchasing vehicles. The salesman, Mo, took a considerable amount of his time to demonstrate the vehicle, even allowing me to drive miles, pick up my wife at work, and have her test drive as well. I was here for diagnosis they could not find the problem and said that my car is ok. After driving a day same problem was existing and they said I have to pay $175 again to recheck. My adviser was Erick.

Where do I start... First off, avoid this dealership/service department at all costs. It has been a horrible experience for me and my family since we purchased a 2017 Volvo XC90. Go out of town, go anywhere but here. The buying experience was certainly subpar. We knew we wanted a XC90 after much internet research.
