After 3 different trips of trying to get the full amount of syringes that was prescribed they gave us wrong ones. Called and they said it would be more money. The lady proceeded to tell me that I ordered the wrong ones. After 3 trips decided to move prescriptions to a different pharmacy. The pharmacy tech hung up very rudely.
Pharmacy staff rude and unprofessional. Adrian the pharmacy manager seems unhinged and will lord your prescriptions over you and will make up new rules as she pleases. Cannot keep staff-must be due to aforementioned pharmacy manager and her inflated ego and nasty behavior. Wish Eric was still there-he was the best! Definitely gone down hill since his departure. Love Harris Teeter for everything except the uncouthness from some in the pharmacy.
Constant staff churn. Questionable employee competence in most cases. If you call the pharmacy five times, you will probably get five different people and five different answers. Unholy triad of insurance company, physician(s), and THIS pharmacy ensures frustrating and unsatisfying experience although I will point out that that pharmacy is almost always the worst offender.
