I was super excited this opened and only a few minutes away but it has become more and more disappointing. Not only is the service terrible and a huge wait all the time since they can’t seem to staff properly but they don’t know how to stock either. Today I had 10 things on my list and after not having the first three I left and drove to Publix. Usually a good selection, friendly staff, but why don't you sell something as basic as ground pork? I can get elk or bison, but the 2 guys behind the meat counter looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for plain ground pork. Not sausage....
Typing this as I stand in line. This place is worse as Food Lion. Only two registers open while a whole bunch of employees just walk about or scatter around and not help out the front end (which is ultimately important). Also there is a gentleman that announces over the P.A. several times a 'security check scan all aisles.' Like there isn't a security issue here as it is at any Food Lion. Kind of unprofessional for a Harris Teeter which is suppose to be higher quality. Disappointed big time.
