I shopped at this store today, checking out at 1226pm. I bought a whole tuna sub on wheat. The associate put barely two scoops of tuna on the sub and instead of getting more, spread it out thinly on the sandwich. I buy so many subs I occasionally get one free and I have never seen this before. I had to combine the tuna to get a respectable 1/2 sub. Labor Day shopping was a little hectic with the holiday and the storm possibly coming the store was under staffed
Today we went to Harris teeter and somehow a $6 spice we purchased didn’t make it home. We’re not sure what happened to it, but we called the store and asked if it was at the checkout line. It wasn’t but they said we could come by and get another one. No questions asked, no insulting insinuation that we misplaced it, etc. When we came to get it, we were in and out and the employee who assisted us made it hassle free. I love this Harris Teeter and appreciate the great customer service!
I want to give a special THANK YOU to the entire Bakery Team at Harris Teeter on Rocky River Rd. My 3 year old wanted a Frozen Disney cake and you all did an outstanding job! Not only was it gorgeous and reasonably priced but it was “melt-in-your-mouth” delicious! I think it was Sheila specifically who handled this order? Kudos to your entire team! Customer service at this store is 2 thumbs up with us!
I just found a nail in the T-bone steak I bought for dinner...
I complained to the store manager on 9/7 about mold in the cheese refrigerator. I gave them two weeks and just went back only to find more mold. I will never go back to this store again!!!
Ordered groceries online and picked everything up a few hours later. saved me from having to spend an hour going through the store and waiting in line. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite.
