This Harris Teeter, store #157 Matthews, ALICIA LEE stepped up to the plate and decorated a special order cake within hours of my Harris Teeter's (different location) cake decorator calling in sick for a cake I ordered 3 days prior! I can't say enough about how wonderful, calming and friendly ALICIA LEE was! She absolutely had my situation under control as I was very panicked at the last minute notice! I've only lived in the South Charlotte area 2.5 months and I have been to every single Harris Teeter, Publix and Bi-Lo and this location is by far my favorite! Why? Because it's clean, well stocked and the employees area fantastic at their job and are so friendly- they make you feel like you are a friend☺️
I am usually there a couple times a week. Everyone is always helpful and pleasant to deal with.
My husband and I have been married 31 years and truly love grocery shopping together. We consider our HT one of the best!!! From the exceptional customer service, to the fully stocked pristine shelves, the welcoming feel we receive from all that work at this location. Our Harris Teeter is the best! Thank you for taking the chore out of grocery shopping and making it fun.
